  • Products that fail quality check will not be eligible for refunds.

  How to Request a Return

  • Include the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Pickup address

    • Preferred pickup date/time

    • Bank details (if the order was Cash on Delivery)

  Important Notes

  • No exchanges currently available.

  • Refunds are issued only for returned items, not for shipping, COD, or service charges.

  • Free pickup for returns (subject to availability).

  • Free gift items (if applicable) must be returned with the original item.

  • We are not responsible for accidental or incorrect returns.

  • Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed quickly. We do not allow cancellations after 24 hours from the time an order is placed, as most items are custom-packed and shipped promptly.
