General Shipping Information

  • Delivery Area: PAN India (we do not ship internationally at this time)

  • Shipping Cost: FREE for all orders within India

  • Carriers Used: Delhivery, XpressBees, Gati, and other reliable logistics partners

  • Shipping Methods:

    • Standard Shipping (Air/Surface)

    • COD available based on PIN code serviceability

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • From Delhi Warehouse: 3–5 business days

    • From Overseas Hub: 5–8 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email and SMS

  • A tracking number to monitor delivery status

Check Delivery Availability

You can check whether your area is serviceable using the “Check Delivery Options” tool on the payment page. Just enter your PIN code to see:

  • Estimated delivery time

  • COD availability

Why COD Might Not Be Available

The Cash on Delivery (COD) option depends on:

  • Your PIN code

  • Courier partner policies in that area

  • Maximum allowable cash limits on delivery

Partial Orders / Packaging Issues

If you receive:

  • A partial order

  • A tampered or empty package

Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. For faster resolution:

  1. Do not use the item in question.

  2. Send photos of the packet (especially tampered areas).

  3. Share a brief description of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The claim is raised after 48 hours.

  • Adequate evidence (images, description) is not provided.

  • The item has been used before the claim.

  • The packaging is discarded before we complete our investigation.

Undelivered, Cancelled, or Lost Orders

If your order is:

  • Cancelled before shipping

  • Undeliverable

  • Lost in transit

You will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.

  • No expedited delivery options are available at this time.

  • For multi-piece sets, only exchanges may be offered in case of missing components, depending on serviceability.
